Our Credit Union Australia Customer Service Specialist role is pivotal to supporting our purpose. Based in our branch, you will provide support and serve the local community as the first point of contact for our members and their financial needs.

This sales role is so much more than processing transactions and inquiries. You'll be challenging yourself every day to generate leads and opportunities, deliver sales and lending results, and help our members make the most of our great value savings, insurance, and personal lending products.

This is a permanent part-time position for 26.25 hours per week.
