Job Description:
In this role as a Customer Service Sales Professional, you will be an essential member of our Customer Service team. You will provide exceptional customer service, sales, and support through phone and email interactions. Your key responsibilities will include receiving inbound calls and email enquiries from domestic customers, proactively making outbound calls to promote products and services, resolving customer queries quickly and accurately, scheduling appointments for residential customers, converting incoming enquiries into sales opportunities, liaising with colleagues, meeting call and internal sales targets, and maintaining databases by ensuring customer records are up-to-date.
Requirements:
We are seeking candidates with experience working in customer service or call centre environments. You must be able to demonstrate experience in phone sales and converting inquiries into sales. Proficiency in communicating verbally and electronically is also essential. Additionally, you should be able to work calmly under pressure while multi-tasking, possess proven problem-solving skills, and be able to focus on delivering a 'wow' experience to customers. Ability to work in a team environment and accuracy when entering data into systems are also required.
