Customer Service Professional

We are seeking a skilled Customer Care Executive to join our team in Brisbane on a full-time permanent basis.
Job SummaryThis role involves utilizing previous customer service experience to build customer relationships, liaise with customers, and make outgoing calls to customers to organize new jobs and foster ongoing customer excellence.
Main Responsibilities- Provide support to national and key clients by responding to their inquiries and resolving issues efficiently.
- Draft contracts for services offered to clients.
- Process purchase orders and plan bookings for technicians to ensure smooth client service.
- Liaise with customers daily to address their concerns and provide updates.
- Efficiently process enquiries and proactively resolve client issues.
- Collaborate with the Customer Services, Sales, and Services teams, as well as Operations, to achieve targets and deliverables.
- Make outgoing calls to our existing client database to promote our products and services.
To be successful in this role, you will require:
- Previous working experience in a similar role (customer service/administration/account management).
- High attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Intermediate computer skills.
- Complaint handling and conflict resolution skills.
- Ability to work under pressure, multitask, and work autonomously.
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
- A passion for working in a team environment.
