About the Role

As a Customer Service Officer with Bank of Queensland, you will be the primary point of contact for customers in our branches. Your exceptional communication and relationship-building skills will enable you to provide outstanding customer service, identifying and supporting customers' current and future financial needs.

You will be responsible for undertaking transaction activities for customers, educating them on using digital banking solutions, and conducting needs-based conversations to generate opportunities in personal banking and lending.
