We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service and Support Professional to join our team at Hudson Australia.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support, working collaboratively in a high-performance team environment that provides best practice support to all stakeholders. This role requires a strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and experienced Customer Service Officer to join our team and contribute to delivering high-quality customer support services. The successful candidate will work closely with our team members to ensure seamless communication, collaboration, and knowledge sharing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide advice and guidance to team members to ensure high-quality customer support services.
  • Liaise with other parts of the business to refer and resolve customers' requests.
  • Monitor and prioritize workloads and assist team members on escalated enquiries/incidents to maintain high-quality customer support services.
  • Assess and resolve escalated enquiries/incidents within service agreement timeframes.
  • Develop, implement, and review efficient work practices and provide updates to team members to ensure service consistency.
  • Identify and assess team training needs and provide on-the-job training and development to promote a culture of continuous learning.
  • Effectively use Microsoft products and other IT systems to maintain accurate customer and property records and file notes with a high level of accuracy and work output.
  • Supporting and helping maintain a workplace safety culture by ensuring that all policies and practices concerning Workplace Health and Safety are applied and a part of day-to-day operations.

Requirements:

  • Previous 12-month experience as a Customer Service Officer or similar field.
  • Experience in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong attention to detail, computer planning skills to manage multiple priorities.
  • Confident on phones.
  • Ability to multitask.
  • Previous government experience.
  • Full Australian work rights.
