HR Business Partner

This is a key role within our organization, responsible for driving our people strategy and elevating the employee experience across Australia and New Zealand.
The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing our HR strategy, reporting into senior leadership and aligning with our global standards. This role will focus on key areas such as payroll, recruitment, compliance, employee engagement, and organisational development.
- Lead and develop the Australian HR team to foster a high-performance culture
- Provide strategic guidance across key HR programs, including performance management, compensation, reward, talent planning, employee engagement, and change management
- Oversee end-to-end payroll operations for both Australia and New Zealand, ensuring full compliance and efficiency
- Collaborate with business leaders to enhance the employee experience and streamline HR processes across the employee lifecycle
- Analyse workforce data to inform decisions and align people priorities with business goals
- Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources or a related field, or a combination of relevant education and experience
- Extensive HR leadership experience, ideally in a fast-paced, complex organisation
- Strong experience in managing or overseeing payroll operations in Australia and New Zealand
