About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Relationship Manager to join our team at Kaizen Recruitment. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with high net worth investors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage relationships with a portfolio of high net worth clients throughout the investment process.
  • Assist in growing funds under management through increasing existing investor funds.
  • Maintain a strong understanding of clients' preferences and find solutions based on product offerings.
  • Provide clients with regular updates through portfolio reports and quarterly reviews.
  • Grow existing investment mandates while assisting business development managers with initiatives.
  • Engage with new clients during the onboarding process, including risk and compliance.
  • Attend networking and marketing events as needed.

Requirements:

  • Tertiary qualifications in Business or Finance.
  • 5 years' or more experience as a relationship manager or business development manager in funds management, private banking, or wealth management.
  • Understanding of private debt investor space highly beneficial.
  • Knowledge of RG 146 compliance standards and requirements highly regarded.
  • Articulate written and verbal communication skills.
  • A proven track record of successfully managing and growing multiple investor accounts.
