About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Stakeholder Relationship Manager to join our team at Capgemini. As a key member of our Financial Services Practice, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strategic relationships with senior stakeholders in the banking industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute account plans to drive growth and revenue in the Retail and Commercial Banking divisions
  • Lead proposal creation, presentation, and commercial negotiations with clients
  • Identify opportunities for growth and promote Capgemini's differentiating value propositions
  • Perform ongoing account planning and management, forecasting revenue and sales pipeline
  • Provide oversight to service delivery and service performance, ensuring customer satisfaction and value delivery

About the Team:

About You:

We are looking for a candidate with a minimum of 10 years of consultative sales experience in an enterprise or large account sales environment selling information technology services. You should have a proven history of senior or CXO-level stakeholder influence and long-term relationship management. Experience in the Retail banking industry is a must.
