About the Role:

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Stakeholder Relationship Manager to join our team at Capgemini. As a key member of our Financial Services Practice, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strategic relationships with senior stakeholders in the Retail and Commercial Banking divisions of our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute account plans in collaboration with Capgemini's capability teams to drive growth and revenue in the account.
  • Lead proposal creation, presentation, and commercial negotiations to secure new business opportunities.
  • Identify and pursue growth opportunities in the account, promoting our differentiating value propositions.
  • Provide ongoing account planning and management, forecasting revenue and sales pipeline.
  • Ensure service delivery and performance meet customer satisfaction and value delivery expectations.
  • Perform commercial and contractual management of the account to achieve revenue, bookings, margins, and receivables targets.

About the Team:

Capgemini's Financial Services Practice drives transformation for its Banking, Insurance, Superannuation, Wealth, and Capital market customers, leveraging deep domain and technology expertise. Our team works collaboratively with clients to shape their future, delivering best-in-class solutions and driving continuous innovation.

About You:

  • Minimum 10 years of consultative sales experience in an enterprise or large account sales environment selling IT services.
  • Proven history of senior or CXO-level stakeholder influence and long-term relationship management.
  • Experience in Technology Services, Business Operations, Consulting, Business Process Outsourcing, and Process Automation in managed services construct.
  • Financial Services – Retail banking industry experience is a must.
  • Large, complex, enterprise account management experience of 'multi-tower', cross-functional, consulting services solutions.
  • Delivery oversight or customer success experience for IT services.
  • Strong customer feedback reflected in NPS scores or equivalent.
  • Sales Leadership, New Business Development, Account Management experience.
  • Demonstrable track record of over-achievement against variable commission/bonus targets, gateways, and kickers.
  • Passion and hunger for contemporary, innovative, customer-centric, consultative, solution-sales.
  • A strong hunter mentality – the ability to prospect and sell within the account.
  • Growth mindset and hunger to continuously learn.
  • Team player that enjoys collaboration in an energetic and diverse local and global team.
