We are seeking an exceptional Claims Team Director to lead and develop a high-performing team.
About the RoleThe Claims Team Director is responsible for overseeing day-to-day work to ensure accurate and timely claims processing. Key responsibilities include leading and developing a high-performing team, instilling a customer-centric approach towards delivering consistent professional service, and ensuring financial responsibility through effective management.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee and manage daily operations to guarantee seamless claims processing.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement, emphasizing best practices and innovation.
- Maintain strong relationships with customers and team members, promoting a positive work environment.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs), customer satisfaction results, and Quality Assurance metrics to inform strategic decisions.
- Develop and implement programs to mitigate loss or leakage, ensuring efficient resource allocation.
- Prior experience in leadership or supervisory roles within claims teams.
- A strong ability to drive business growth through strategic planning and execution.
- Demonstrated expertise in managing complex projects and prioritizing tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the capacity to build strong relationships across various levels.
