Consolidated Insurance Brokers is experiencing rapid growth, and we're looking for ahighly skilled Claims Manager to support and work alongside our Director who is responsible for all claims outcomes. This is not an entry-level role - it's a critical, high-responsibility position ideal for someone with strong claims experience and a passion for precision, speed, and service.


About the Role

Support one of the Directors of CIB in a fast-paced, high-volume claims environment

Handle new claim lodgements and insurer correspondence

Help explore policy wordings to find the best outcome for our clients

Keep organised and accurate claims notes and documents

Meet monthly KPIs aligned with service goals

You'll play a central role in helping our broker team actually deliver on the promise we've made by getting their claim paid


What We're Looking For

Diploma of Insurance Broking (preferred)

3+ years of experience in claims management

Confidence writing effective AI Prompts

Familiarity with Insight and SCTP (highly regarded)

Impeccable organisational and communication skills

Ability to work quickly, accurately, and independently
