Job Overview

We are looking for a results-driven leader to head our Claims team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading and developing a high-performing team.

  • You will oversee the day-to-day work of your team to ensure accurate and timely claims processing in line with applicable laws and administrative rules, as well as departmental processes and procedures.
  • You will instill a team attitude towards delivering consistent, professional and proactive customer service.
  • You will ensure financial responsibility and effective management by means of identifying trends, designing and delivery programs to mitigate loss/or leakage to claims and business impact.
  • You will review and analyse customer satisfaction results, voice of the customer and Quality Assurance metrics to design, deliver, coach and recommend improvements.

We are seeking a motivated and experienced leader who can provide structure, direction and development to a diverse team. You should have prior experience leading or supervising a Claims team, an eye for best practice and continuous improvement.
