
Claims Team Leader

- You'll be responsible for leading and developing a high-performing team
- You'll oversee the day-to-day work of your team to ensure accurate and timely claims processing in line with applicable laws and administrative rules, as well as departmental processes and procedures
- You'll instill a team attitude towards delivering consistent, professional and proactive customer service
- You'll ensure financial responsibility and effective management by means of identifying trends, designing and delivery programs to mitigate loss/or leakage to claims and business impact.
- You'll review and analyse customer satisfaction results, voice of the customer and Quality Assurance metrics to design, deliver, coach and recommend improvements.

- You'll ideally have prior experience leading or supervising a Claims team
- You'll have an eye for best practice and continuous improvement
- You'll be someone who always hits your individual KPI's, and enjoys helping the team to reach theirs
- You'll enjoy operating in complex, fluid environments
- Above all, you'll have a passion for people – both customers and team members
