The Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced sales professional to join our team as an Enterprise Account Director. This role offers a unique blend of sales and mentorship responsibilities, providing a clear career growth path into leadership.

As an Enterprise Account Director, you will be responsible for taking on 50 key accounts and developing compelling user case studies with leading brands, including the Big 4, renewable energy, and tier 1 companies. You will also work closely with a capable marketing and lead generation team to drive business growth.

This role is ideal for individuals with experience selling technology into government, as well as those with a proven track record of achieving sales targets and a good tenure in the industry.

The Company

Our company is a global player with an Australianized team in Sydney, comprising 150 staff. We provide cutting-edge technology that enables government and corporate clients to streamline the procurement and delivery process for large infrastructure projects.

Our product is a complete solution that captures all stages of the procurement cycle, from tendering to legal, submissions, and Q&A. We have compelling case studies of the Big 4, large construction, and renewables businesses, with 90% of our customers being repeat clients.

The Role

As an Enterprise Account Director, you will be an individual contributor responsible for taking the business to the next level. You will report to the GM of Sales and mentor a Marketing Manager and SDR to build your pipeline.

We invest heavily in marketing, including conferences, events, and a well-known podcast. If you are looking for a role where you can be considered a thought leader, this environment will set you up for success.

Our culture is fast-paced and modern, with a strong emphasis on flexibility. We offer 2-3 days of work-from-home per week and have a strong retention rate.

Experience
  • Experience selling technology to government is essential.
  • Selling to infrastructure, construction, or industries with long procurement processes is a benefit but not essential.
  • A proven record of achieving sales targets with good tenure is required.
Salary and Benefits

$170K + super + $280K OTE (uncapped)
