Job Title: Central Operations Manager
Job Description:

The Central Operations Manager oversees daily office operations, ensuring a smooth and efficient working environment.

Responsibilities include managing reception duties, handling mail and maintaining office supplies to the highest standard.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and oversee reception duties including welcoming visitors and handling incoming mail
  • Provide administrative support to the executive team and various departments including organising meetings preparing reports and handling filing tasks
  • Coordinate travel arrangements for the Executive Team including flight bookings hotel accommodations and transportation
  • Maintain a well-stocked office ensuring all equipment is functioning and the environment remains safe and efficient
  • Keep internal records and databases up-to-date with a focus on SharePoint
  • Support in the creation and preparation of documents presentations and reports
  • Process and manage purchase orders invoices and expense reports in an organised manner
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Previous resource experience ideal
  • Demonstrates a proactive attitude when addressing challenges and problem-solving
  • Excellent interpersonal skills capable of working independently as well as collaborating effectively within a team
  • Maintains a high degree of professionalism and confidentiality especially when handling sensitive information and matters
  • An adaptable collaborative team player who thrives in fast-paced dynamic environments
  • Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Outstanding customer service skills with a focus on creating positive experiences
  • Skilled at engaging with and fostering relationships with a wide range of stakeholders
