About the job

We currently have a great opportunity for a suitably qualified senior professional to join the Pinjarra Refinery as the Central Services Manager. You will be an integral member of the leadership team responsible for all management aspects of Central Maintenance across safety, environment, maintenance service delivery, contracting services, people and budgeting.

You contribute to the broader Alcoa equipment management by representing the refinery in forums established to ensure best practice across out business. You will lead and manage the Central Services department so that they provide a safe and efficient service to the refinery. This group comprises a large percentage of our total Refinery employees including Planned and Unplanned Shift Maintenance, Transport and Crane personnel, EI Maintenance teams and contractor management

This is a large role which requires well-developed leadership skills, flexibility and tenacity to manage in an environment of constant challenge and continuous improvement
