We're looking for a techno-functional consultant who takes pride in anticipating client needs and offering proactive solutions to potential challenges.You will play a role in:Configuring and customizing D365BC solutionsRespond to client support requestsMonitor system performance and identify potential issues before they impact the clientProactively analysing client systems to identify areas for improvement and optimizationYour profile:5+ years' experience development in D365 Business Central/NAVExperience in a support environment - incident management, release management and change managementExperience in estimating BC services, capturing scope & requirements, writing user stories and development specificationsAbility to analyse, troubleshoot, scope and design requirements and development (including unit-testing) of requests for clientsAble to multi-task, work under pressure and to tight deadlinesBroad understanding of almost all standard Business Central modulesWhat you'll love about working here:We recognise the significance of flexible work arrangements to provide support.
