**About the Role**:
As the Practice Manager at GoVets Greenwood, you will oversee the daily operations of our clinic, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning. Your leadership will be key in driving excellence, maintaining high standards of care, and fostering a positive, supportive work environment. **Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead and manage the operations of the clinic to ensure high-quality patient care and exceptional customer service.
- Coordinate with veterinary staff and support teams to foster a positive and productive work environment.
- Implement and monitor clinic policies and procedures to enhance efficiency and service delivery.
- Oversee financial management, including budgeting, reporting, and resource allocation.
- Cultivate a collaborative and supportive atmosphere within the team, ensuring seamless communication and teamwork.

**What We're Looking For**:

- Proven experience in veterinary practice management or a similar leadership role.
- Cert IV Vet Nursing will be highly regarded but not mandatory
- Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to manage and motivate a team.
- A commitment to maintaining high standards of care and service.
- A passion for veterinary care and a drive for continuous improvement and excellence.
