As our Dynamics 365 Business Central Lead Consultant, you will work as part of our post-implementation Operations team. We're looking for a techno-functional consultant who takes pride in anticipating client needs and offering proactive solutions to potential challenges.
You will play a role in:
Configuring and customizing D365BC solutions
Respond to client support requests
Monitor system performance and identify potential issues before they impact the client
Proactively analysing client systems to identify areas for improvement and optimization
Your profile:
5+ years' experience development in D365 Business Central/NAV
Experience in a support environment - incident management, release management and change management
Experience in estimating BC services, capturing scope & requirements, writing user stories and development specifications
Ability to analyse, troubleshoot, scope and design requirements and development (including unit-testing) of requests for clients
Able to multi-task, work under pressure and to tight deadlines
Broad understanding of almost all standard Business Central modules
