**About the Role**:
As the Business Manager at Swan Valley Vet Centre, you will oversee the strategic and operational aspects of our two-site practice. Your role will be pivotal in driving business performance, ensuring operational efficiency, and supporting both locations to achieve their goals. You will benefit from our comprehensive support and development programs, contributing to the overall success and growth of the organisation.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Strategic Oversight: Manage and direct the operations of our two clinic sites, ensuring alignment with business goals and high-quality service delivery.
- Financial Management: Oversee budgeting, financial reporting, and resource allocation to ensure financial health and operational efficiency.
- Team Leadership: Lead, motivate, and develop a diverse team across both locations to foster a positive and productive work environment.
- Policy Implementation: Develop and implement policies and procedures to enhance operational efficiency and service excellence.
- Business Development: Identify and drive opportunities for business growth and process improvement.
- Stakeholder Coordination: Collaborate with veterinary staff, support teams, and the Vets Central support office to achieve business objectives.

**What We're Looking For**:

- Animal Industry experience in a senior leadership role (3-5yrs)
- desirable
- Proven experience in practice or business management or a similar leadership role, preferably in a multi-site environment.
- Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to manage and motivate a large team.
- A track record of strategic oversight, financial management, and operational efficiency.
- A commitment to maintaining high standards of care and service across multiple locations.
- A passion for veterinary care and a drive for continuous improvement and excellence.
