We are seeking an experienced Fundraising Operations leader to join our team as Head of Fundraising Operations. This is an exciting opportunity to play a pivotal role in achieving the National Trust's ambitions for the future.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the Fundraising Operations team, driving outstanding relationship management of fundraising income streams.
- Champion the culture change needed to create a more fundraising-friendly organisation, developing and delivering national campaigns at scale.
- Bring professionalism and rigour to our fundraising activity, ensuring compliance with relevant regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with the Fundraising Senior Leadership Team to build our reputation internally and externally, and provide the necessary foundations for effective relationship building by the front-line income streams.
- Experience leading fundraising operations' activities in a complex/matrix organisation.
- Knowledge of overseeing fundraising policy and procedure guidance, including relevant compliance/regulatory requirements.
- Ability to analyse, interpret and communicate complex and fast-moving management information to senior stakeholders.
- Experience leading on major fundraising campaigns, preferably within the context of significant organisational change.
- Substantial pension scheme of up to 10% basic salary.
