Lead Frontline Fundraiser for Florida Tech's College of Business

As the Head of Philanthropic Partnerships for the Nathan M. Bisk College of Business at Florida Tech, you will play a pivotal role in securing major gifts from alumni and friends associated with the institution. Your expertise in prospect management, cultivation, solicitation, and stewardship will enable you to build long-term relationships with donors who have the capacity to make transformative gifts.

This is an excellent opportunity to leverage your skills and experience in frontline fundraising to drive strategic growth for the College of Business. You will work closely with college leaders to secure support for key priorities and initiatives, while fostering a culture of philanthropy within the university community.

In this role, you will be responsible for:

  • Managing a portfolio of high-potential donors and developing tailored strategies to engage them;
  • Collaborating with the Vice President of Philanthropy to establish prospect management goals and objectives;
  • Designing and executing donor engagement opportunities, such as events and meetings, to deepen relationships and cultivate new prospects;
  • Maintaining accurate records and tracking progress through the Blackbaud RENXT database;
  • Demonstrating a commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion in all interactions and outreach efforts;

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience;
  • A minimum of 5-8 years of experience in frontline fundraising, preferably in higher education;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with diverse stakeholders.
