Clinical Responsibilities

  • Provide high-quality patient care across inpatient and home-care settings
  • Adhere to organizational values and maintain professional standards
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care transitions
Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must have:

  • Active licensure as a registered nurse (RN) in the state of Ohio
  • A high level of integrity, ethics, and professionalism
  • Compliance with Annual Vaccination Policy or ability to provide exemption documentation
  • Active auto insurance if driving as part of the role, with proper coverage where applicable and an active driver's license if applicable
  • Ability to provide proof of eligibility to work in the United States
