This full-time RN role is available in an Inpatient Unit or Home Care setting, where you will provide high-quality patient care across various settings. ">Clinical Responsibilities
">- Provide high-quality patient care across inpatient and home-care settings
- Adhere to organizational values and maintain professional standards
- Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care transitions
To be considered for this role, you must have:
">- Active licensure as a registered nurse (RN) in the state of Ohio
- A high level of integrity, ethics, and professionalism
- Compliance with Annual Vaccination Policy or ability to provide exemption documentation
- Active auto insurance if driving as part of the role, with proper coverage where applicable and an active driver's license if applicable
- Ability to provide proof of eligibility to work in the United States
