
Patient Care Advocate

We are seeking a Dental Assistant who is passionate about delivering exceptional patient care.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Assist dentists chairside during examinations and procedures using four-handed dentistry techniques
- Prepare and sterilize instruments, equipment, and treatment areas following infection control standards
- Capture and develop radiographs, utilizing digital and 3D imaging when needed
- Support accurate record-keeping by updating patient charts and treatment plans
- Educate patients on oral hygiene and post-treatment care in a clear and compassionate way
- Help manage patient flow and scheduling as needed to ensure a smooth and positive experience
- Contribute to a collaborative, professional, and patient-first environment
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Dental Assistant preferred
- Knowledge of dental terminology and procedures (prosthodontics experience a plus)
- Proficiency in taking X-rays and familiarity with imaging technology
- Experience using dental software (Dentrix or similar) preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- CPR or Basic Life Support (BLS) certification preferred
- A team player with a passion for patient care
