This is an exciting opportunity for nurses to develop their skills and expertise in med/surg nursing, while working in a dynamic and supportive team environment.
Responsibilities and Expectations- Provide individualized patient care and support to patients with acute medical conditions
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement effective patient care plans
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure seamless transitions of care
- Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current on best practices and evidence-based guidelines
We require one year of recent experience in the area of practice for weekend option positions. Additional experience and preparation may be required for specialty units.
Requirements and Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN)
- Current license to practice registered nursing in Ohio
- One year of related experience (for PRN positions)
- Ability to perform a full range of body motion, including handling and lifting patients, manual and finger dexterity, and eye-hand coordination
