Pacific Energy, a leading Australian market player in sustainable distributed energy solutions, is expanding its Pacific Energy Connected (PEC) division. This newly created opportunity for an experienced Energy Project Manager supports the company's mission to transition the world to a clean energy future.

The successful candidate will oversee site works and ensure successful project delivery. A high level of mixed trade and project management skills, leadership of crews, and knowledge of relevant regulations and safety protocols are essential.

This role would be ideal for someone with gas infrastructure or power station construction knowledge and experience, including interfaces of civil, mechanical, and electrical sections to enable planning, scheduling, and delivery of all works.

  • Provide direction for all power station construction processes, directing minor sub-contractors and on-site suppliers
  • Generate site requirement look ahead and action early procurement and delivery of materials, plant, and equipment
  • Manage completion of site documentation, including quality reporting, diaries, work breakdown, and incident reporting
  • Ensure teams evaluate hazards, control risks, and undertake regular inspections of works and equipment
  • Foster compliance with health, safety, and quality assurance programs

We offer a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $150,000 per annum, flexible work arrangements, additional leave, and rewards gateway for our employees.
