Compensation Package

The estimated salary for this position is around $120,000 - $150,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus an attractive incentivised bonus program.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will have energy industry experience, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, sales & negotiation skills, analytical skills, strategic thinking, leadership and team management skills, project management skills, knowledge of regulatory compliance and legal requirements related to energy brokerage, and relationship management skills.

Main Responsibilities
  • Develop and oversee third-party channel strategies aimed at enhancing business growth, gaining competitive advantage, and meeting financial objectives;
  • Foster effective communication and collaboration to implement channel initiatives successfully;
  • Establish strong partnerships with third-party channels and internal stakeholders;
  • Offer support, training, and resources to drive their success and maximize market share;
  • Manage indirect sales budgeting strategies and execution;
  • Closely monitor and analyse sales data and market trends to forecast future sales performance and evaluate the effectiveness of third-party channels;
  • Responsible for conducting continuous research, due diligence, and assessment of potential third-party channels that align with our business objectives and target audience;
  • Regularly onboard new third-party channels based on our business requirements;
  • Engage in multiple product launches and regularly implementing price changes as per business requirement;
  • Provide excellent leadership and guidance to third-party channels.
