About the Role:
  • Manage and optimize performance of Energy Vault BESS (Battery Energy Storage System) projects from contract execution through successful handover to operations.
  • Collaborate with project engineers, construction managers, and external vendors to ensure timely delivery, cost-effectiveness, and quality standards.
  • Develop and implement scalable processes, technology, and products to support rapid growth and expansion.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Delivery of Customer Projects Lead, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery across APAC, aligned with Energy Vaults Systems, Processes, and ISO Certifications.
  • Proactive identification and mitigation of project risks, without incidents or accidents.
  • Effective management of client relations, progress meetings, correspondence, periodic reports, change orders, and responses to client inquiries.
  • Work closely with Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) partners to plan, sequence, develop schedules, critical deliverables, budget, resource allocation plans, and other support requirements.
  • Supervise project implementation to ensure cost, time, quality, and project execution according to the contact schedule and budget.
Your Background:
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering (civil, electrical, mechanical, or similar) or Management or another related engineering science.
  • 7+ years' experience in managing electrical infrastructure projects such as sub-stations, wind farms, solar/PV farms, gas-based power plants, power stations, other utility-scale power, data center projects.
  • PMP certification preferred.
  • Experience in permitting/planning processes with local authorities and stakeholders.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, including MS Project, Primavera P6 experience a plus.

  • $120,000 - $150,000 annual salary, commensurate with experience.
