
Property Matters Administrator

The Property Coordinator is responsible for coordinating property agreements within their allocated region.
Key Responsibilities- Work with a small team of property coordinators to review and create briefing notes according to procedures and update records.
- E nsure lease and legal agreements are current and up-to-date.
- Manage landlord responsibilities as required, including site visits, condition reports, tenancy negotiations (rent reviews, obligations and risks).
- Manage Master Deed for Access agreements and requirements.
- Establish and maintain strong work relationships with all key stakeholders to maximise tenant satisfaction.
- Provide input and assist in updating and training property documented procedures.
- Support internal and external reporting as required, including ad hoc requests.
- Coordinate and report asset issues with facilities maintenance teams as required.
- Ensure that all property management activities are carried out in accordance with quality, environmental, and safety management plans.
- Access, utilise and maintain existing systems and databases to provide analysis and develop, maintain and produce a range of reports to support management of property matters.
