We are seeking a highly skilled and organised Property Asset Manager to join our team.
About the Role:The successful candidate will play a crucial role in coordinating property agreements within their allocated region. This includes property management, leasing/licensing of CRN assets, and tenant management.
- Work collaboratively within a small team to achieve organisational goals
- Review and create briefing notes according to established procedures and update records accurately
- Maintain up-to-date lease and legal agreements
- Manage landlord responsibilities as required; site visits, condition reports, tenancy negotiations (rent reviews, obligations, and risks)
- Coordinate Master Deed for Access agreements and requirements
- Maximise tenant satisfaction through exceptional customer service
- Establish and maintain strong working relationships with key stakeholders
- Contribute to updating and training property documented procedures
- Support internal and external reporting as required, including ad-hoc requests
- Coordinate asset issues with facilities maintenance teams as necessary
- Evaluate and ensure compliance with quality, environmental, and safety management plans
- Analyse data and develop reports using existing systems and databases to inform property management decisions
A Certificate or Diploma in Property Management, Building Sciences, or Project Management is essential. Additionally, 2 years' experience in a Real Estate or Contract Administration process environment is required.
Key Skills:Candidates should possess excellent Microsoft Office Suite skills, including Visio, Excel, and MS Project. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities are also essential.
