Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled professional to fill the role of Property Coordinator.

  • This position involves coordinating property agreements within allocated regions.
  • The ideal candidate will review and create briefing notes according to established procedures and update records.
  • The Property Coordinator must ensure lease and legal agreements are up-to-date and current.
  • Responsibilities also include managing TfNSW landlord responsibilities, site visits, condition reports, tenancy negotiations, Master Deed for Access agreements, and requirements.
  • Maximising tenant satisfaction is crucial in this role.
  • Establishing strong relationships with stakeholders is essential.
  • The Property Coordinator will provide input and assist in updating and training property documentation procedures.
  • Support for internal and external reporting as required will be provided.
  • Coordinating asset issues with facilities maintenance teams is necessary.
  • All property management activities must be carried out in accordance with quality, environmental, and safety management plans.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Certificate/Diploma in Property Management/Building Sciences/Project Management is preferred.
  • A minimum of two years' experience in Real Estate or Contract Administration process environments is required.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (including Visio, Excel, and MS Project) and record management systems is necessary.
