Influencer Marketing Compliance Specialist

Wavemaker is seeking an experienced Influencer Marketing Compliance Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our compliance team, you will be responsible for ensuring that all influencer marketing campaigns meet legal standards and regulations.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement compliance frameworks to ensure that all influencer marketing campaigns meet legal standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with contractual obligations and regulatory requirements.
- Conduct regular audits of influencer marketing campaigns to identify potential compliance risks and develop strategies to mitigate those risks.
- Provide guidance and support to agency partners on compliance matters and campaign initiatives.
- Maintain thorough documentation of compliance processes and prepare reports on compliance status and issues.
- Experience in legal compliance, particularly in influencer marketing or advertising.
- Strong understanding of relevant laws, regulations, and ethical standards in the influencer marketing space.
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with diverse stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
