Job Description

The Department Team Leader will play a crucial role in supporting the Store Manager to effectively manage daily operations. Key responsibilities include achieving sales growth, meeting KPI targets, building and leading a high-performing department team, and launching catalogue campaigns.

Requirements
  • Retail management experience is essential, preferably in high-volume or big-box environments.
  • A strong owner's mindset in leadership style, inspiring teams to exceed goals.
  • Experience in development and performance plans, as well as first aid certification.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with proficiency in computer software.
