About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Assistant to support our leading Agent in the Eastern Suburbs. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional administrative support to our Agent, ensuring the smooth operation of our business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the Agent's inbox, diary, and phone redirection to ensure seamless communication and organization.
  • Attend photoshoots and out-of-office appointments to provide exceptional customer service.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, external parties, and internal teams to drive business growth.
  • Prepare listing presentations, reports, and other relevant paperwork to support the Agent's sales efforts.
  • Curate engaging content for social media channels and newsletters to showcase our brand and expertise.
  • Manage the exchange to settlement period, including submitting invoices and ensuring timely completion of transactions.
  • Oversee and update our client database to maintain accurate and up-to-date information.
  • Coordinate daily and weekly team meetings to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
Requirements
  • Strong experience working in a similar role in Real Estate, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional results.
  • Extensive administrative and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines with a high attention to detail.
  • Flawless communication and customer service skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Excellent written and verbal skills, with the ability to prepare high-quality reports and presentations.
  • Collaborative and forward-thinking mindset, with a strong eye for detail and a willingness to take initiative.
  • Adaptable and resilient, with the ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • A current Real Estate Certificate and a clean driver's license.
