Job Opportunity:

The purpose of the position is to handle lease preparation, negotiation, and finalization. It requires close collaboration with leasing, development, and shopping centre teams.

To be successful, you will have extensive experience in a similar role, exposure to state-based retail regulatory frameworks, and excellent communication skills.

  • Prepare, negotiate, and finalize leases
  • Provide initial advice on lease interpretation and retail tenancies legislation
  • Coordinate solicitor involvement for lease documentation
