**The Opportunity:**

We have a portfolio of over 260 leases. The Lease Administrator/Coordinator will report directly to the GM of Transformation and work alongside the Leasing Manager. Your focus will be to provide invaluable lease administration and support to the team.

**Key Responsibilities Will Include:

  • Ensuring rent and outgoings are processed on time and in full across the leasing portfolio.
  • Owning the leasing management and accounting software end to end, including accuracy and reporting.
  • Ensuring the accuracy and updating the Group Leasing calendar.
  • Assisting the Group Leasing Manager in managing landlord relationships and relevant follow-ups, as well as any administration pertinent to the leasing portfolio.
  • Acting as a backup for facilities managers as needed.
  • Providing expert advice to key stakeholders across the group on all aspects of leasing.
  • Engaging with the group practice network as needed.
  • Supporting the group on project delivery as needed.

**Required Skills And Qualifications:**

Property professionals with solid finance and lease administration skills are encouraged to apply. Excellent communication skills and the ability to advise and actively contribute to ensuring efficiencies and processes are performing to their optimum are essential. Intermediate to advanced MS office skills and good financial acumen and analytical skills are necessary. Results-oriented, with solid time management and decision-making capabilities, will see you fit perfectly.
