Transform your career as a Lease Administration Professional

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lease Administration Manager to join our Retail team, overseeing the lease administration process from issuance of letters of offer to lease execution and registration.

Key responsibilities will include managing new and renewed leases, handling assignments, surrenders, options, and other legal documentation across our retail asset portfolio. With a strong focus on mitigating risk associated with legal contracts, you will work closely with Leasing Executives and external solicitors to ensure positive business outcomes.

Responsibilities:
  • Preparing lease-related documents, including offer letters, disclosure statements, negotiation letters, and legal instructions.
  • Coordinating lease execution and registration while ensuring compliance and risk obligations are met.
  • Responding to lease negotiation requests (non-commercial terms) from external solicitors.
  • Maintaining reporting and auditing of document status and outstanding asset-related matters.
  • Building strong, professional relationships with solicitors, tenants/retailers, and internal teams.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will have significant experience in lease administration, legal, or retail administration and possess commercial acumen to thrive in property management. Paralegal experience would be highly regarded, along with strong communication skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
