We're on a mission to redefine the customer experience, and we need a passionate Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team in Darwin. The ideal candidate should be adaptable, as they will be assigned to different test phases across multiple projects.

This role requires the ability to quickly learn new applications, along with excellent time management skills to plan, execute, and report on several projects with overlapping deadlines.

As a Test Engineer, you'll work as part of a team across cutting-edge technologies such as Dynamics 365, Intelledox forms, Digital application portal, and other digital transformation projects.

  • Coordinate and liaise with developers, business analysts, and subject matter experts from various departments.
  • Create detailed test cases and manage defect triage processes.
  • Design, execute, and maintain manual and automated test scripts to ensure software quality.
  • Review and analyse project requirements and specifications to create comprehensive test plans.
  • Identify, document, and track defects in the defect management system.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and ensure project deadlines are met.

The successful candidate will have proven experience testing COTS products such as Microsoft CRM or SAP Concur, and will be able to demonstrate their ability to learn and adapt to new technologies, roles, and responsibilities within a dynamic, transformative environment.
