Strategic Leadership Role for Digital Transformation

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual to join our Board of Directors as a second appointed director.
This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the stewardship and governance of our organisation as we undergo significant business and digital transformation.
The successful candidate will play a key role in shaping the future of our organisation and supporting the Board in its strategic initiatives to showcase the critical contribution of engineering to Australia's economic future and societal challenges.
Key Responsibilities- To provide strategic guidance and oversight on large-scale business and digital transformation projects;
- To contribute to the development of workforce and volunteer management models, ideally with experience in membership organisations or those with a significant volunteer base;
- To leverage their expertise in capital markets, particularly institutional investment, to inform our organisational strategy and decisions.
- A proven track record of transformation experience at Board or CEO level, overseeing and guiding large-scale business and digital transformation projects;
- Contemporary knowledge and experience in strategic people and culture change, including the development of workforce and volunteer management models;
- Strong understanding of capital markets, particularly institutional investment, and its relevance to our organisational strategy.
