Senior Project Manager / Program Lead

This role involves leading large, multi-disciplinary teams in delivering complex ICT business solutions. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing project governance, planning, risk and issue resolution to ensure timely delivery within scope and budget.

A key aspect of this position is driving organisational change by integrating new ICT capabilities with business transformation objectives. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential for engaging and negotiating with diverse stakeholders.

  • Lead large multi disciplinary teams in delivering complex ICT business solutions
  • Manage project governance, planning, risk and issue resolution to ensure delivery on time within scope and within budget
  • Drive organisational change by integrating new ICT capabilities with business transformation objectives
Essential Skills and Experience
  • Over 10 years in senior project management roles within large complex digital transformation programs
  • Proven leadership in governance, strategy, planning and delivery of enterprise level solutions
  • Strong change management capability with end to end ICT solution delivery experience
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and negotiation skills across all levels

Role Details
  • Location: Darwin (remote work is not available)
  • Clearances: National Police Clearance, Working with Children Ochre Card, PF166 may be required
