About the Position
We are seeking an experienced professional to join our Board of Directors. The successful candidate will play a key role in shaping the future of our organization and providing strategic guidance to our leadership team.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in transformation experience, with expertise in guiding large-scale business and digital transformation initiatives. They will also possess knowledge of strategic people and culture change, with experience in developing workforce and volunteer management models in membership organizations or organizations with a significant volunteer base.

In addition to their technical skills, the successful candidate will demonstrate strong leadership qualities, including integrity, curiosity, and courage. They will be able to communicate effectively with stakeholders and build strong relationships with colleagues and external partners.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide strategic guidance to our leadership team on transformation initiatives
