Core Responsibilities:

  • Manage the day-to-day needs of a roster of talent, including scheduling, brand partnerships, and overall career development.
  • Act as the main point of contact for your talent and represent them in all professional communications and negotiations.
  • Develop proposals in response to brand briefs and proactively seek out new opportunities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key brand, agency, and platform partners.
  • Oversee campaign execution from brief to delivery, ensuring talent deliverables are met and expectations exceeded.
  • Identify and recruit emerging talent to join the team.
  • Guide new talent through onboarding, ensuring seamless integration into existing systems and processes.
  • Coordinate logistics for appearances, events, gifting, and PR opportunities.
  • Keep all internal documentation, bios, and media kits up to date.

Essential Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience in talent management, preferably within the influencer, entertainment, or digital media space.
  • Strong knowledge of the creator economy and social platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.).
  • Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal—with a professional and personable style.
  • Highly organised, proactive, and able to juggle multiple priorities and relationships.
  • A strong negotiator and advocate for talent.
  • Passionate about shaping talent careers and driving impactful brand partnerships.
