**Job Title:** Business Director

**Department:** Department of Police, Fire & Emergency Management TAS

**Job Summary:** We are seeking a highly skilled Business Director to join our team. The successful candidate will provide high-level advice and assistance to the Commander, particularly in relation to business strategies, resource allocation, and budgetary performance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a business plan that identifies strategies for achieving cost-effective and efficient services.
  • Manage administrative support processes, including resource allocation and budgetary performance.
  • Provide high-level advice and assistance to the Commander on business strategies.
Requirements:
  • Appropriate tertiary qualifications in a HR Business/Management related field.
  • Significant progress towards a relevant tertiary qualification.
  • Desirable: experience in a similar role or relevant industry.
