Business Office Director

Job Summary
The National Investment Co. is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Business Office Director to lead the financial operations of the company. This is a full-time, 12-month, benefits-eligible administrative salaried position.
Key Responsibilities
- Direct and coordinate all financial functions, including accounting, financial reporting, and cash management.
- Supervise a team of professionals and provide guidance on financial systems, policies, and procedures.
- Ensure accurate and timely financial information, including financial statements, reports, and analyses.
- Develop and maintain institutional and departmental policies, procedures, and reporting mechanisms to comply with laws and regulations.
- Facilitate initiatives/projects that improve the functionality of financial systems and services.
- Assist the Vice President for Finance in Trustee Committee preparation and reporting.
- Perform other relevant duties and special projects as requested.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, business, or related field.
- 7-10 years of experience in accounting, preferably in a financial leadership role.
- Knowledge of current accounting and financial reporting standards for companies.
- Collaborative and strong leadership, effective oral and written communication skills.
- Knowledge of financial software and systems, including PeopleSoft.
What We Offer
- Competitive salary range of $120,000 to $145,000.
