Executive Director

Bergmans Auto Group, a rapidly expanding multi-franchise new and used vehicle, and RV dealership, is seeking an experienced Executive Director to drive business growth and development. This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate, self-motivated professional to enjoy exceptional remuneration, state-of-the-art facilities, and strong career progression opportunities.
To be considered for this role, candidates will require previous executive-level experience gained within a franchised new vehicle dealership. While RV experience is an asset, candidates with experience in new, used, passenger, ATV, or light commercial dealerships will be welcomed.
As a key member of the leadership team, the Executive Director will be responsible for continuing business development and growth, maximizing performance and results. The remuneration for this position is based on the level of experience you bring to the role and a profit-sharing agreement based on business performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement business strategies to drive growth and profitability
- Lead and motivate a high-performing team to achieve business objectives
- Collaborate with the leadership team to drive business development and innovation
- Monitor and analyze business performance to identify areas for improvement
