About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and commercially astute individual to join our Sales & Leasing team in Ballarat. As a Commercial Property Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for leading the sales, listing, and marketing of commercial properties across Ballarat.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders
  • Assist in the sourcing, listing, selling, and leasing of commercial properties
  • Maintain an active pipeline of potential buyers and sellers
  • Negotiate property transactions from start to finish
  • Conduct inspections and other duties associated with listing and selling/leasing commercial properties
  • Cultivate and nurture strong relationships with key account clients
  • Deliver market knowledge and advice to clients
  • Coordinate marketing efforts with the Marketing department
Requirements
  • No prior real estate experience is necessary, but a natural hunter with commercial acumen is essential
  • Currently in a commercial or B2B role and looking for further opportunities in a new industry
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to converse with diverse stakeholders
  • Willingness to learn and ambitions to grow
  • Current Real Estate License or Victorian Agent's Representative Certificate or willingness to study
