Administrative roles play a vital part in the success of any accounting practice. As an experienced Administration Assistant/Personal Assistant, you will provide top-notch support to senior staff and management.

This role involves working closely with various stakeholders to ensure seamless day-to-day operations. Key responsibilities include:

  • Preparing, coordinating, and processing ASIC Company Statements, including invoicing and minutes
  • Processing all ASIC lodgements, such as company registrations, shares transfers, shareholders, company address and name updates, de-registrations, minutes, and share certificates
  • Conducting thorough company and title searches
  • Maintaining internal systems and ensuring they are up-to-date and accurate
  • Effective client correspondence and communication
  • Preparation and maintenance of databases
  • General office support duties and some PA tasks for Partners
  • Diary management and organization

To excel in this position, you should possess at least 2 years of experience in administration within an accounting practice, along with proficiency in MYOB, BGL, ASIC & ATO portals.

You must also have excellent customer service skills, a positive attitude, and strong presentation and communication skills. Microsoft Office Suite and administrative expertise are essential for this role.
