High Performing Performance Tester

About Us
We're seeking a seasoned Performance Testing Specialist to drive performance engineering initiatives forward. The ideal candidate will have 4-6 years of hands-on experience in performance testing, coupled with extensive knowledge of performance test concepts and tools like Blaze meter, Jmeter.
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Developing and executing comprehensive performance tests to assess system scalability and responsiveness.
- Designing and implementing load, stress, and duration tests to identify bottlenecks and areas for improvement.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to integrate performance engineering best practices into software development lifecycles.
- Providing expert-level guidance on performance metrics and E2E timings using tools like App Dynamics /New Relic/Dynatrace.
- Leading log analysis and debugging efforts using Splunk, WAS/JBoss/IIS log monitoring.
- Writing efficient SQL queries to support data-driven decision making.
- Coordinating with infrastructure, database administration, and development teams to ensure seamless project execution.
