Job Title

  • Maintaining high customer satisfaction levels.

About the Role

  • Australian citizen with government security clearance at NV2 level or above.
  • Excellent verbal & written communication and documentation skills.
  • Ability to gather data, perform analysis & escalate to a higher level of support.
  • Familiarity with high-performance computing environments is highly regarded.
  • Strong organisational skills to drive solutions through to their conclusion.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment to investigate & resolve complex problems as part of a team.
  • Good interpersonal skills, customer relations skills & problem management skills.
  • A professional with strong analytical & problem-solving skills.
  • Customer-centric approach with excellent communication skills.
