About the Opportunity:
We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive support specialist to join our dynamic team in Melbourne. As a key member of our Family Office, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional administrative support to our Director.
Key Responsibilities:
- Anticipate and meet the Director's needs with timely assistance
- Efficiently manage the Director's inbox and calendar
- Coordinate travel arrangements, itineraries, and logistics with precision
- Assist in the management of property, asset, and investment portfolios with accuracy
- Perform bookkeeping and management of personal and family expenditure with attention to detail
- Provide preparatory support for meetings with effective communication
- Coordinate Committee requirements with diplomacy and discretion
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Diplomatic and able to maintain confidentiality
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant at an executive level
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong organisational and administrative skills
- Proficient in IT, with expertise in Diligent Boards and Xero
